The influence of JEAN-MARC CERRONE is second perhaps only to that of GIORGIO MORODER. Beginning as a drummer in the late 1960s, CERRONE would go on to sell over 30 million albums in a decades-spanning, internationally-successful career. After the international success of the genre-redefining LOVE IN C MINOR, CERRONE returned in 1977 with his second album, CERRONE’S PARADISE. The 16-minute title track became another enduring example of orchestral Eurodisco, while TAKE ME proved to be a club favourite and TIME FOR LOVE delighted fans with an unexpected excursion into Soulful Jazz territory.
