Bosch Wire Wheels, Crimped Wire, Brass-Coated

The Wire Wheel delivers an extra-fine surface finish. The wheel is fitted with brass-coated crimped wire for light-to-medium-duty cleaning applications on small surfaces. It is ideal for removing annealing colour on welded seams and is also suitable for cleaning work on smaller metal or non-ferrous metal surfaces, grooves or edges. This wire wheel is also suitable for removing rust, roughing, mat sanding, texturing and paint stripping metal and wood. It is intended for use with drills with 6-mm shank. The brass-coated wires on the wheel provide protection against corrosion. Brush wires are available in different thicknesses for variable levels of abrasive needs. Thicker wires are more aggressive, producing a coarser yet faster surface finish, while thinner wires deliver finer, smoother surface results.
