Dr Winston Berber (Bill Moynihan) successfully reanimates Dracula (Phil Fondacaro), the Mummy (Joe Smith), Frankenstein's Monster (Thomas Wellington) and the Wolfman (Jon Simanton) from the pages of their classic novels to do his bidding, but something goes wrong and they end up three-feet-tall. Meanwhile, librarian Anna Quarrels (Rhonda Griffin) is determined to track down Berber, after he stole original manuscripts from her library, and hires private detective David Raleigh (Justin Lauer) to help her. Can they stop his evil plans before he restores the monsters to their full powers?
