This 51 track, 2CD set features some of the biggest songs of the genre and some of the most popular artists who recorded between 1929 and 1962.
Features possibly the biggest Cajun hit in the form of Cleveland Crochet's 'Sugar Bee' which was the first Cajun song to reach the Billboard Hot 100. In fact many of these singles were also big sellers in the Southern States although they never charted.
