The multifaceted Frank Devol was a brilliant arranger-conductor, composer, singer and actor who had many albums in the 1950s that sold in their millions.
Some of the greatest hits of the '50s are included: 'Stranger in Paradise', 'Around the World', 'Moments to Remember', 'On the Street Where You Live', 'The 'Third Man' Theme', 'You Belong to Me', 'Chances Are', 'The Yellow Rose of Texas', 'An Affair to Remember' and many more!
He arranged and conducted for a wide range of singers, including Jo Stafford, The Four Lads, Bing Crosby, Margaret Whiting, Gordon MacRae, Mel Tormé, Dinah Shore and Jack Smith - all are featured on this collection.
