Still a fantastic harp player, Nulisch continues the journey we saw in his excellent last album, THE WHOLE TRUTH. I LIKE IT THAT WAY has Nulisch a little further down that path into real soul jazz territory. Many of the songs on this album are originals, co-written with bassist Steve Gomez.
