Randy Bachman seems like a man on a quest... he reuinted the Guess Who a decade back, got back with Burton Cummings for a brilliant album/DVD and tour...and found time to return to the teaching of his legendary friend Lenny Breau for his "Jazz Thing" album and this program.

The contents are rich and plentiful.. a full set performed and filmed first class, a brilliant making of documentary for Canadian Television and some extra footage during rehearsal...so its great value for money.

Bachman has written some new songs in a Jazzy vibe and re interpretted some others. Key tracks are "Dead Cool" and the absolute dead bang classic ballad "Our Leaves Are Green Again".

This is real music by a real musician who takes what he does seriously but has a blast doing it and we get to enjoy the results!
