Geoffrey is highly regarded for his distinctive viola and flute playing in the legendary Canterbury band CARAVAN, but his career has also seen him as a key member of the PENGUIN CAFÉ ORCHESTRA and as a guest musician on countless albums by artists including BOB GELDOF, MURRAY HEAD and many more.
The Garden of Love is Geoffrey Richardson’s new album, on which he explores rock, folk and classical influences, playing Violin, Viola, Flute, Cello, Acoustic & Electric Guitar, Ukelele, Banjo, Mandolin, Keyboards, Tenor & Alto Sax and percussion on the twelve tracks comprising the record.
The Garden of Love is a gorgeous album on a rich and deliciously varied musical palate, a sensuous garden to savour.
