Marty Robbins (1925-1982) was one of the greatest talents in Country
Music. His versatility enabled him to
have successful albums covering genres of music such as Western, Hawaiian,
Mexican, Rockabilly, Gospel, Pop and Standards.


The album “El Paso City” was originally released in 1976 reaching No. 1
on the Country Music album charts. Two
singles taken from the album also reached No. 1 ‘El Paso City’ and ‘Among My
Souvenirs’.

“Adios Amigo”, released a year later in 1977, reached No. 5 in the
charts. The two singles taken from the
album were ‘Adios Amigo’ which reached No. 4 and ‘I Don’t Know Why (I Just Do)’
reached No. 10.
