Alastair Hull has travelled extensively in Afghanistan and Iran, collecting and studying kilims. He is the author, with Nicholas Barnard, of 'Living with Kilims' (1988). Jose Luczyc-Wychowska opened London's Kilim Warehouse in 1982.
