The alarm-clock radio is also capable of charging mobile devices. Moreover, with this model it is possible in two ways.

The first is classic wire-based charging. There is a USB port at the back of the device, to which you connect the charging cable for your smartphone or tablet.

The second way is wireless charging. Simply place a portable device with its rear side centrally on the top panel of the alarm-clock radio marked with a charging point. An illuminated wireless-charging indicator on the display indicates that the mobile device is charging. Please note that the wireless charging function works only with Qi-capable devices.

The current time is shown on a large blue LED display. The digits are clear and legible both day and night. The alarm clock also features a bottom LED backlight, which makes it look very modern at night. The dimming function allows the adjusting of the intensity of the display, so that it does not dazzle the eyes, and remains readable when the room is dark.

The sleep mode allows you to set the time after which the device switches off. This is especially useful when listening to the radio while falling asleep.

Its optional memory backup ensures that you don’t lose the alarm-clock settings in the event of a power failure. For this purpose, the device must be equipped with an additional CR2032 battery.
