- There are many different ways to apply lipstick, but a few extra steps can make lipstick last longer and appear smoother. • Exfoliate lips to remove dry skin • Moisturise lips with lip balm • Prime the lips with FIX IT! LIP PRIMER • Apply lipliner • Apply VELVET TOUCH LIPSTICK • If necessary, apply a second coat • Make VELVET TOUCH LIPSTICK last longer by applying PRIME´N SET PRIMER & MATTIFYING SETTING POWDER as a finishing touch • Clean the outer edges of the lips with CONCEALER - HIGH COVERAGE • For a highlight or wet look effect – dab LUMIDROPS or LIP OIL on top • For a glossy effect - dab LUMI LIPS on top
