MixStar is designed to solve the problems of traditional stand mixers, which can be bulky, awkward to manoeuvre and time consuming to use. The bottom-up motor eliminates the mixing arm which often gets in the way when mixing - and takes up a lot of storage space. This allows for ingredients to be added without having to stop and raise the mixing head, making your mixing quicker and easier. There is also a full cover splash guard with inlet, which allows you to both monitor the mixing progress, and add ingredients without making a mess.

MixStar is designed with modern living in mind so fits comfortably into and under standard sized kitchen cupboards. Don't let the small footprint fool you, however - MixStar still boasts a generous 4 litre working capacity! The compact design incorporates a neat storage caddy for all of the accessories, which sits within the bowl - meaning no more scrabbling around for whisks or hooks in the back of the cupboard.

MixStar comes complete with three sets of dual action accessories - beaters, whisks and dough hooks - giving you double the action in one revolution. As well as the standard accessories, MixStar includes dual scrapers that can be used with the beaters and whisks, and have been designed to help reduce scraping down to a minimum. As the mixer turns, they scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and spindle to help incorporate all the ingredients - so you don't have to stop your mix as often, saving you time and effort.
