- Mixing time: 4 minutes are available to mix and apply the product. Handling time: 15 minutes. Hardening time: after 1 hours it withstands 100 kg/cm2.
- Shear tensile strength (according to the EN 1465 standard): 120 kg/ cm2 (4 hours, 23°C, steel) / 170 kg/cm2 (4 hours, 23°C, copper). Temperature resistance: from -30°C to +150°C.
- Expansion coefficient: (UNE 53126) 4.75 x 10-5. Resistance to liquids: resistant to water, oil and usual solvents. It also withstands diluted acid and alkaline. Solvent free and volume does not alter when hardening.
- Product colour: grey. Pattex Nural 27 permanently bonds, repairs and fills. Once hardened it can be sanded, polished, treated, machined and painted. It is ideal for filling cracks and leaks in pipes, tanks and metal parts. Adheres to iron, steel, stainless steel, chrome plated steel, nickel plated steel, aluminium, copper, brass, tin and lead. It is also suitable for glass, crystal, fibre glass, plastics, wood, marble, cement and asbestos.
