Place the powerful vacuum pump (sold separately: item 36801-000-0) onto the valve and extract the air out of the bags in just seconds. The only thing left to do is press the push button in the middle of the red silicone valve to seal it securely: Aromas and vitamins are safely preserved and food stays fresh up to five times longer.
The vacuum bags can be used as dump bags for your prepped slow-cooking ingredients. Whether you're chopping vegetables to freeze or searing meat portions ready for the slow cooker, they are ideal for batch cooking advance preparation. Freezer burn doesn’t stand a chance! By the way: Meat or fish can be marinated in no time at all when vacuum sealed. The supplied marinating attachment makes it child’s play.
To ensure your food is not forgotten in the fridge or freezer, you can easily enter it in the ZWILLING Culinary World App. Scan the printed QR code and track your stored food. The reminder function of the free app sends you a message in good time when it’s time to defrost your food and eat it. Also practical: The individual bag IDs on every vacuum bag will ensure that you never again mix up similar looking stored food.
