How to use
Step 1: Conceal your lips completely using Stay Matte Concealer.
Step 2: Using Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip Liner in a shade a tad darker than your lip colour, overdraw the lip line slightly over the cupids bow and below the center of your bottom lips to create the illusion of fuller lips.
Step 3: Apply Lasting Finish Lipstick on your lips and over your lip liner.
