The ecolytic coating traps the grease generated during baking and roasting and breaks it down with each cooking cycle. When the oven reaches high temperatures, the ecolytic coated walls clean themselves. The small cavity has the top, back and side walls ecolytic coated. The big cavity has only the back wall ecolytic coated and will be completed by Easy Clean - for the cleaning of the base and side walls of the oven interior.
