- Easy to install mist water cooling. Lowers the temperature by up to 11°C. Creates a refreshing curtain that separates outside heat from cooled air. Its effectiveness is based on characteristics related to the evaporation of water. Designed for outdoor use. Operates optimally with water pressure of between 3.5 and 12 bars (50 to 200 psi). For a better effect, the line of misting nozzles should completely encircle the area to be cooled.
- Creates a refreshing curtain that separates outside heat from cooled air. Firstly, mark the desired location of each nozzle and cut the pipe to the required length. We suggest a distance between Ts of between 50 and 60 cm. The maximum size of the installation depends on the pressure and flow rate provided by your water supply network. When connecting directly to the water supply network, it is possible to install over 70 nozzles. However, tests should be conducted to precisely determine how many may be installed without affecting the quality of the spray.
- Expansion: the installation can be expanded as required using the accessories that we sell. Filtration: to ensure that it is reliable and long-lasting, the misting system’s supply water must be free of impurities, as the outlets of the misting nozzles are extremely thin.
- If necessary, install a filtration system to extend the use life of this product. Maintenance: at the end of the season we recommend following these instructions: Drain water from the pipes. To do this, disconnect the pipe from the tap. Remove the misting nozzles and re-install them when the system needs to be used again. Specific plugs may be installed for protection. If the misting nozzles become clogged, soak them in a 12% solution of hydrochloric acid (hydrochloric acid is generally available commercially at 24%), for 30 minutes. After this, rinse with plenty of fresh water.
