Orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR. Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days after the order is dispatched.

Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.

The full amount (excluding the shipping fee, customs duties and sales taxes) will be credited in the same format as the original form of payment if the returned item is postmarked within 14 calendar days of the shipping date on the proof of purchase and accompanied by the original return form.

Sale items being sold at a discount of 30% or more, fragrance, underwear bottoms (men’s and women’s), socks and earrings are not eligible for a return or refund and will be sent back to the customer.

Under our Return and Refund Policy, a processing fee of 50 HKD will be charged for each domestic return.
