The Ewent EW7005 SSD/HDD mounting frame for the CD/DVD/Blu-ray drive slot is the perfect solution for extend the memory of your notebook. With this frame you can replace the optical drive (CD/DVD/Blu-ray) by a hard disk or SSD.
The frame corresponds to a height of 12.7 mm and is designed for 2.5 inch SATA SSDs and HDDs. The Ewent EW7005 SSD/HDD mounting frame for the CD/DVD/Blu-ray drive slot is used in almost all optical drive bays with SATA interface. It provides the memory expansion through the use of a hard drive/SSD and allows faster access to your data it contains.
