Ampia is stable and sturdy thanks to its easy-to-fix clamp and rubber screwed feet, thus reducing work time and ensuring excellent results right from the start.


CLEANING
Maintaining your Ampia is easier with its removable polymeric resin combs. You can clean off dough residues with a simple brush. Ampia is not dishwasher safe!


SPEED
To ease and speed up work, this machine is equipped with an intuitive bayonet fitting for connection to a Pastadrive motor.
