Powered by 3600 watts, this stainless-steel double tank fryer is perfect for making real fries like the professionals.
With a total capacity of 6L, each pan has an independent thermostat allowing you to set the temperature up to 190°C. This means you can offer two different cooking baths for your fries, or cook two different foods simultaneously to save time.
The trays are equipped with filters to limit odors and smoke, but also with transparent portholes to monitor your cooking at all times.
Easy to clean, the appliance can be entirely dismantled and its removable parts are dishwasher-safe.
Overheating protection and heat-insulated handles ensure safe operation.
