To be sure you can always google Thorgal and the Wikipedia has the correct chronological order of the series in English.In regards to the series: Amazing characters with development, great story lines, fantastic plots, and a balanced amalgam of the past and the future all squeezed into what is called Thorgal. The only negative I see is that the series is behind by more than 50% in translation to English, meaning after you get to number 19 your are stuck till the next one comes out which sometimes maybe a year or more; or if you don't have the patience for the English translations learning French is always an option!!
