COBI Lockheed F-22 Raptor

LOCKHEED® F-22® Raptor® is an advanced fifth-generation multi-role fighter. This still somewhat mysterious and closely guarded aircraft was accepted into service with the United States Air Force and is subject to a total export ban to other countries. Thanks to the licensing agreement, COBI can produce the now legendary Raptor.
The high-quality block model was designed in a scale of 1:48, matching the rest of the Armed Forces collection, which includes modern military equipment.

The plane consists of 695 elements including prints. For this set, we have developed completely new elements characteristic of the F-22: the nose of the aircraft with the cabin and vertical stabilizers. The model is perfectly finished and smooth just like its real counterpart with STEALTH technology. The set includes an opening cabin in which you can place a detailed pilot figure wearing an oxygen mask. The plane's landing gear can also be easily dismantled to better display the model on the included display stand, which also includes a plate with the plane's name and the US flag printed on it. There are brick bombs in the opening hatch, as well. The detailed block model of the legend of the skies is a real treat for collectors and enthusiasts of military technology and block modeling. Thanks to the use of high-quality ABS and lightweight construction our model has the features of stealth technology and is undetectable to radars, just like the real thing.

It was designed by the American corporation Lockheed Martin. The first flight took place in 1997, and it was officially accepted into service in 2005. The F-22 is characterized by advanced technologies that provide it with excellent maneuverability, radar stealth and the ability to conduct both air and ground operations. Its main task is air superiority. One of the key features of the F-22 is the so-called "supercruise" - the ability to maintain speed above sound without the need for additional fuel support. In addition, the aircraft is equipped with an advanced avionics system, the AN/APG-77 radar, and a unique radar cloaking system, which makes it difficult to detect by the enemy.
