Choose the fine spiralizing blade for thin 4 mm strands similar to spaghetti or noodles, and the medium spiralizing blade for 6 mm strands. These twirls aren’t just a great way to enjoy raw foods and salads, but can also be added to soups and casseroles, grilled, baked, sautéed and even used as pizza toppings. Try your own ideas. It also takes little effort to slice, core and peel with the various blades of the spiralizer assembly. Slice up apples for pies, peel sweet potatoes or create veggie crisps.
