Product Information
For dogs with metabolic uroliths (urate, xanthine or cystine), management of recurrence, nutritional support for dogs with leishmaniasis undergoing treatment with xanthine oxidase inhibitors (e.g. allopurinol). For dogs with secondary renal disease, use a Renal product. Hyperuricosuria.
Urate control
Low purine proteins (e.g. wheat flour and egg) combined with production of alkaline urine reduces the risk of urate stone formation.
Cystine control
A combination of moderate quantities of high quality proteins and restricted sodium levels contributes to reducing the formation of cystine stones.
Skin barrier
Specially formulated complex of nutrients targeting the reduction of water loss through the skin to strengthen the barrier effect of the skin.
Antioxidant complex
The synergistic antioxidant complex helps neutralise free radicals.
