    How to use
    Perineal massage should be started in the 34th week of pregnancy. Carry out the perineal massage at least three to four times a week for 10 to 15 minutes each time. Choose a comfortable position, e.g. with your legs drawn up on the bed or in a squatting position. 1. Apply Ardo Natal Perimassage Fluid to clean fingers and warm it in the palm of your hand. Massage the fluid into the perineal tissue for about 3 minutes. In this way, you will promote blood circulation, which will make the tissue stretchy and softer. 2. Now insert your thumb about three centimeters into the vagina. Stretch the tissue carefully and slowly, but with constantly increasing pressure downwards towards the anus, until you feel resistance to the stretching. Remain there until the pull subsides and you get used to the resistance. 3. Now insert your thumb a little further and stretch the perineal tissue a little more. Work downwards radially in different directions. Move your thumb slowly from left to right and back along the perineum/vaginal entrance to continually stretch the tissue.
